Office Refresh – Functional & Inspiring Home Workspace

For this home office design project in Hillsborough, New Jersey, our clients—two professionals working from home—needed a space that balanced functionality with creativity. The original layout lacked storage, structure, and flow, making it difficult to stay organized and inspired throughout the day.

Hannah reimagined the room with both style and purpose in mind. We installed a full wall of custom bookshelves to house papers, documents, and books—bringing order and visual balance to the space. A dedicated workstation was created for the printer and office supplies, keeping the main desk clutter-free.

To encourage creativity and mental breaks, we designed a cozy “thinking corner,” offering a comfortable retreat away from screens. Layered rugs help define each zone while adding warmth and texture, and a subtle accent wall introduces dimension and improves sound absorption—enhancing both aesthetics and acoustics.

The result is a functional, beautiful, and inspiring home office that supports productivity while reflecting our clients’ unique work styles.
