Cape Cod Expansion & Great Room

My clients wanted to expand their cozy Cape Cod home and nearly doubled their square footage in the process. Working closely with their architect, we reimagined the layout to create a space that feels both functional and beautiful.

Because this family loves to entertain, a true great room was at the top of their wish list. The result: an open-concept kitchen, a spacious living area with a comfortable sectional anchored by a fireplace, and a stunning vaulted-ceiling addition designed for gathering.

Their “big asks” were simple but intentional—neutral, timeless, comfortable, and beautiful. We leaned into a monochromatic palette, layering textures and natural materials to create a space that feels warm, inviting, and built to last.
