Modern Loft Apartment Design in North Jersey

When a mother and son moved into this stunning two-bedroom loft, they were starting fresh. The space had incredible bones—soaring industrial ceilings, oversized windows with amazing natural light, and open loft-style architecture—but it was a blank canvas waiting to be transformed.

We furnished the home from the ground up, layering in rugs, storage solutions, wall art, and every piece of furniture needed to make it both functional and inviting. One of the key goals was creating a place to showcase her collection of travel treasures, so we designed display areas that feel intentional while keeping the loft airy and modern.

By leaning into the loft’s industrial-modern style while introducing cozy textures, soft finishes, and subtle feminine touches, we created a home that balances character and comfort. The result is a stylish yet livable space—a fresh start that feels personal, warm, and uniquely theirs.
